why are you taking money out of my account ?

since December 21 you are taking money out of my account for a service i do nto have, your invoice is tittle to another company i have had several conversation with your representatives, to no avail you continue to invoice me ! i have sent many emails to no avail you still take money out of my account ! stop this immediately, reimburse me plus CC interests now.
