    Hello AshleyHoze

First and very important, do NOT call the tech support number that was provided in response to your post - it is a SCAM.

Second, this is a user-to-user support forum where users like yourself, respond to questions. No one here in the forum has access to any user account.

Third, Microsoft would never simply deactivate an email account just because someone states that it's a fraudulent account purely for security reasons since anyone can make that claim.

Lastly, since it appears that your indicating that your Facebook has been hijacked, you should contact Facebook about that but don't what FB policies are regarding recovery of hijacked accounts.

MS should be more than willing to deactivate accounts that are misused to hack other accounts. Considering Hackers steal people's personal and private information MS should at least perform an investigation of the account mentioned. I've never had a Hotmail account registered to me so I strongly recommend it be investigated thoroughly

Provide more proof concerning what exactly? The issue you have is that your Facebook account has been apparently hijacked with a hotmail account that can't even be explicitly identified unless you also know that the astericks are hiding.

Again, your issue is recovering your Facebook account - not recovering your Microsoft Account so not entirely sure what you expect Microsoft to do in this case since they can in no way change your Facebook profile.

Even if that hotmail address was identified AND MS was to delete the account, you would still need to get Facebook to allow you to change the recovery email.
