I CAN'T FIND MY VERFY ACCOUNT

I have tried to find my verfy email in Outlook and my own email. But I still can't find it. Can you help me solve this problem?

    every time I send a verfy email, it won't appear in my email or Outlook. I keep do it over and over but it just won't appear
