How do I disable automatic check names in Outlook

Hi Everyone, any idea how do i disable the automatic 'Check Names' in Outlook? Outlook automatically adds the quote to emails e.g. "      **@def.com" and it is a huge hassle to remove the quote " " , from emails.

Outlook prompts open the Check Names window and I would need to remove the quotes manually before I am able to send emails.

I have tried several suggestions but none seems to work such as :

  1. untick Automatic name checking in the Options > Mail > Send Messages.
  2. Options > Mail > Spelling and Autocorrect > Autocorrect options > Autoformat > untick "straight quotes" with "smart quotes" and AutoFormat As you type > untick "straight quotes" with "smart quotes"

My job requires that i sent tons of emails and it is a huge hassle to manually remove the quote.

Glad to assist you sir. Since you have tired the related setting, we recommend you attempt the following to create a new outlook profile, you may consider backup any important outlook data before doing so , kindly refer to this document

So, to create a new profile, you can follow the procedure below (You can delete the previous profile):

    1. Select the Windows icon, type Control Panel in the search box and select it.
    2. In Control Panel, search Mail, and select it.
    3. The Mail icon won't appear unless you have Outlook installed and have run the program at least once. The Mail Setup dialog box opens.
