I am trying to sync up my work and personal calendars.
I have 2 Outlook calendars, and 2 Google calendars and need them all synced up so that coworkers, etc., who have access to each calendar can see that I am busy inside one single calendar that they are privy to.
I need to:
One idea is to auto-invite my other email addresses to each event on each calendar, but I am not sure if Auto-inviting is supported in Outlook. Anyone know of any ways to do this?
The other option is calendar sharing between applications - Outlook has a means of referencing an external calendar account and baking those busy times into my availability - is that possible the other way round? It seems not, but maybe someone here knows?

I do not want to export - and it sounds like subscribe is no good either.
I need real-time syncing between calendars. Meaning that when an event is posted on one calendar, it propagates across the other 3 immediately to make sure I do not get double-booked elsewhere.
Another option is Flow - it can sync office 365,. outlook.com and google calendars. It runs every 5 on your Flow plan (now called power automate). (It's included in office 365 business accounts.)
Do you want to export or just link/subscribe? Export is a one-time only thing, subscribe will update hourly.
For outlook - you need to get a url from Outlook.com's settings: Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Calendar > Shared Calendars. Use the ICS link.
https://outlook.live.com/calendar/0/options/cal...
You'll get the google urls - Use the private ics link under Google calendar setting's 'Integrate calendar'
Add calendars to outlook using Add Calendar > Subscribe From web. paste in the url.
If you add the calendars to outlook on the web, they will sync down to outlook desktop and mobile (depends which mail client you use).
Hi Ryan,
Are you using Outlook desktop software or Outlook on the web? Do you use office 365 business mailbox?
In Outlook on the web. In the web, you can add it in Add Calendar > subscribe from web. paste in the link you created for your google calendar.
If you have a business office 365 mailbox, Open settings: Settings (gear icon) > View all Outlook settings > Calendar > Accounts to add a google or outlook.com calendar to your business account.
In Outlook desktop, you add it as an Internet calendar in Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings to open the Account Settings dialog. Click on Internet Calendars.
