    Hi Liana_G,

Good day! Hope you are doing well. I am Jennifer, an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you.

Your Windows Live ID is your Microsoft account email address.

Can I ask where are you using the Windows Live ID?

    Hope this helps.

Thank you and stay safe Liana!

I have a Windows Live ID connected with MS Money Sunset which uses an email address that no longer exists. I have just tried to update it to my current Windows sign in details and it tells me that my sign-in details could not be verified.

Are you able to advise on how to sort this out?
