outlook Message "cannot send this item"

Hi to 

As of yesterday my outlook is popping the above message every time I try to reply or forward a mail as HTML. i even try to save the message and send it after but even that does not work.

Can you please help

    Meanwhile use below Work Around  :
    Switch to Rich text 
    Switch to semi Annual channel ( This is more stable since it get updated once in six month unlike current channel updated every month with new features  )
    Remove the link in signature

    send through outlook web app

    Hi all,

    We have escalated this issue to the Outlook Team and a new bug has been logged for investigation. The issue is triggered by the Safe Links feature and is exacerbated by the URL Defense service. A possible workaround would be to remove the Safe Links in the email before replying.

    I will post back when we get an update on the fix status. Just wanted to make sure you knew it was being worked on.

    Hi Nerissa

    In OWA it is working Fine. 

    I use this profile for years and i am not a company to simply change profile every time there is a problem.

    So I do not accept what you offer as a solution I would expect Microsoft to know what they are including in the update packages that they are releasing and be responsible for that. 

    What you offering here is: 

    1. stop using outlook and switch to OWA: so why I have a pay subscription that offer me Outlook? Is Microsoft will give me a Discount because one of your product that I am paying is not working? 
    2. Go into a process to create a new Window profile without being sure if this will work.

    I would really expect something more than Microsoft

    Nick,

    I posted a Known Issue for this here, Outlook error “Cannot send this item” when replying to an email (microsoft.com).  The fix is in version 13913.10000 which is currently in the Beta Channel.  It is expected at Current Channel production week of April 26th.

    Good day. Thank you for posting in our forum.

    To isolate whether this is a client side or an account side issue, please check whether you can reply or forward a mail on the Outlook Web App.

    Meanwhile, let create a new Outlook profile, add the email accounts, then perform reply or forward and check if it works as expected.

    You may refer to the following article for instructions on how to a create new profile. Meanwhile, please check the updates of Outlook.
