Unable to send emails using BCC

I Have a user that is unable to send out emails to multiple recipients using BCC, We've tried different PC's & reinstalling O365. if using outlook online they can send out the emails without issue. when using the desktop app they get the error "Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again."

    I have re added the account in outlook, performed an online repair, tried manually typing the addresses & re created the outlook profile.

    The comes through as a warning icon in the windows 10 notifications & says "Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again."

    We need to determine why you are having issues sending emails with Bcc. For better assistance, we would like to know more about this concern. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • Is this the first time that you encountered this issue?
    • Can you send us a screenshot of the message you are getting when sending emails with Bcc and contact list/group emails? Note: Please do not include any personal information.
    • If you put the address in the To field, will the same problem happen?

    In addition, please try the following troubleshooting methods:

    Method 1: Remove and re-add your account in Outlook.

    Method 2: Perform an online repair via Control Panel. Kindly follow the instructions through this link.

    Method 3: Please **** delete the address from the remembered list of addresses that auto populates, then manually type the address in.

    Method 4: Kindly please try to create a new Outlook profile and add the account.
