    Hi Manuel Antonio Muro,

We understand that you received an email to your Hotmail.com and identified that it’s a fraud. We hope that you’re doing great despite this concern. Allow us to assist you on how to block it and deal with this kind of emails and we’ll do the best that we can.

Regarding the concerned email account, if you still have an actual email sent by the hacker or any associated messages, you may forward it to ********@outlook.com**, so it will be reviewed accordingly, and our system will be learned about the email address in that email. Here’s also how to deal with phishing in Outlook.com.

You may mark the email as junk or spam, then block the sender to stop receiving this kind of email. Please refer to this article for the instructions on how you can **Block senders or mark email as junk in Outlook.com.**Additionally, you may check this link that contains instructions on how to identify a suspicious message in your inbox. We hope that this helps you manage these types of emails.

Aside from the steps you’ve already taken to prevent further scams and the account being hacked, we’d encourage that you check this link for the steps on how to protect your Outlook.com email account.

Should you have other questions, don’t hesitate to let us know.
