Remove "Take a Break" and "Focus Time" from Calendar

I had clicked yes for Outlook to automatically schedule 'Focus time', 'take a break' and 'catch up on messages' onto my calendar for every day. While I do need to do all of those things, I can't stand having it on my calendar. I can only delete a single occurrence of it, any idea of how to remove these entirely from my calendar?

    Option 1

    1. Open an appointment of focus time and you can see some notes. Click the link to visit your MyAnalytics dashboard.

In your MyAnalytics dashboard, click Config Settings in the navigation menu, and then click Leave plan button in Plan configuration, and then confirm to leave.

    Option 2

Open an appointment of focus time, click menu Appointment/Insights, click the setting icon (gear) of popup window of Insights, and then turn off focus plan.

The system will not schedule focus time, except those in the coming two weeks.

    Hi Efren,

Your answer (aka, the article you provided) did not at all address the question. Cortana sets these reminders as individual events (not recurring) that go until the end of time. How can they be removed (which is necessary for many people's employment) without opening each of the thousands of events she adds and deleting them one by one?

    Thanks

    I had the same issue.

In the search box of calendar, search on "take a break" or "focus time". Then select all lines and delete them. It was only planned 2 week ahead.

I’m Efren. I’m an Independent Advisor and Microsoft user like you. I’ll be happy to help you out today.

I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with these reminders. I believe these can be useful but also distract you sometimes.

I believe these are set as reminders, so you should be able to remove all their future instances by following the steps in the following article:
