As we’ve checked further on this concern, the Outlook platform that has the option to display an alternate calendar which on your case would be the Persian Calendar is the Outlook desktop version for Windows and this feature is unavailable as of this time in Outlook for Android.
We know that you’d want to get this straighten out and what we can recommend is to submit feedback about the option to be able to add a local calendar in the Outlook for Android app through its Suggest a feature option. This will help other users as well that are having the same concern. Our engineers and developers will review this entry and may have it included in future updates.
