Thank you for your assistance. I turned on the shared calendar improvements (preview) and it wouldn't let me add additional calendars, but the one that was showing did seem up to date. So I turned off the shared calendar improvements and it now seems like everything is showing up as it should. So, thank you!
Outlook Calendar Not Updating
My outlook calendar is not updating properly when using the app on my laptop. When viewing shared calendars, they are not up to date. I know this because when using Outlook online, everything is up to date. I already checked and made sure I have the latest Microsoft update downloaded. I deleted the shared calendars and re-added multiple times. Please help!!

Regarding your issue, would like to confirm, does your account is configure with Exchange Account Settings? If yes, please open your account settings and check if “Turn on shared calendar updates” option is enable. If not, please kindly Turn it on by follow the below steps to see if it makes any difference.
- In Outlook, select File >Account Settings >Account Settings. You will see a list of your email accounts.
- Select the Microsoft Exchange account that you use to manage someone else's calendar and choose Change....
- Choose More Settings, followed by the Advanced tab.
- Select the checkbox next to: Turn on shared calendar improvements (preview).
- After restarting Outlook, your updated shared calendars will be annotated with "(preview)" when viewing your Calendars. This lets you know everything was set up correctly and that these shared calendars are using the new improvements.

You can try to re-add such shared calendar in your Outlook.
