How do I take a screen shot of calendar inoutlook? The process recommended isnt working as no "illustrations" option in outlook calendar

    Have a good day. Welcome to our forum community.

    From your mentioned description, I have checked few things from our side. At present, there is no particular setting option under Outlook option so it can be achieve.

    You may try to use below workaround method to take screenshot of Outlook calendar.

    • In Windows 10, press Fn and then press Print Screen key and paste (ctrl + v) into Paint and save that screenshot image file in PNG or JPG format.

    On the other hand, you may try to use any third party screenshot tool to take screenshot of Outlook calendar.
