Outlook 365 Appointment invites are deleted after accepting

My Outlook 365 Appointment invites by email are deleted after accepting.

How can I prevent this?

    Hi Rick Guild,

    There is an Outlook option to control it. So, you can uncheck this setting to prevent this, please see below screenshot. Go to Outlook > Options > Mail > under Send messages > clear the option – Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding.
