    Hello Alison C22,

According to your description, I understand that your incoming emails go to RSS Feeds folders. As far as I know, the RSS Feeds is a folder which provides a quick way to read the latest updates from your favorite websites.

Given your situation, you mentioned that you didn't change anything. May I understand that you didn't set up any inbox rule or subscribe any website? Based on my researches, a possible reason why the emails are going to RSS Subscriptions is that someone set up a inbox rule. To check it, please click File > Manage Rules & Alerts and temporarily turn off all rules, then check if you still have the same issue.

If the issue still persists, please kindly provide the following information to me and I will try my best to help you:

    1.  Please double check whether all emails are going to this folder.

    2.  Firstly, move the emails in this folder to another folder and then click File > Account Settings > Account Settings, then click RSS Feeds and check if there is any feed in the list. If so, please remove it and share the result with me.

    Thanks for your time.

    Regards,

    Seven

Type of mail account, IMAP or?

Was it all OK previously, if so have you changed/updated something, or added a rule?
