How do I send auto respond messages - in HTML? (eg. "Out Of Office Reply" )

I would like to include our email signature and a low res graphic but the auto response message is in text format.

Can this be changed?

Mike

    Thanks George

I followed all of those steps before exactly as you described.

    Here is the template:

And here is what is sent - regardless if the incoming message is text or HTML format

All of my settings are HTML - compose message in HTML, when sending messages to Rich Text ... Convert to HTML

Our mail server is gmail.com... just cant figure it out :-)

    Hi

I do not have the Automatic Replies option.

I have to do it through File ->Manage Rules & Alerts

    Hi thanks

i did not use the OOF assistant. I used the Manage Rules button in options. Where do I find the OOF assistant?

    Thanks

    Hi Mike,

Glad to assist you Mike. To send HTML replies using OOF assistant, you need to set up an OOF rule with a template. While in the OOF dialog, go to Rules... , Add Rule... then choose the option to reply with template (by clicking the advanced button). You can compose this template using HTML.
