Setting up Bellsouth.net email account in Outlook 365

I have an Outlook 365 program and have had two accounts on it for years.  Both use the bellsouth.net domain.  One stopped sending and receiving completely, the other works fine.

I backed up the .pst file for the one not working, and deleted the account from Outlook,  now it will not let me "recreate" the old account.  The account is under the bellsouth.net domain.  I called ATT (who now own Bellsouth) and they said reach out to MS.

Thank you for the reply. Before doing screen shots I called the provider (AT&T) and was informed that my set up was being rejected by  the server because I had not set up a secure Password Key thru them and use that key for my email account password. Evidently that new requirement was put in place for security reasons. Finding that answer on-line was impossible unfortunately. Thank you for the guidance.
