Shared Calendars with me take hours to sync in OWA and Outlook PC

Hi

I received 2 shared calendars to my work email account. One of this 2 is @outlook.com and the other one is from another work email account. When I accept and visualize the calendars all showed is synchronized but new events and modifications in events take hours to be sync. I create a new @outlook account for test but with this one all changes are showed in seconds in muy work email account.

Please your help

PD. I got access to all accounts referred.

    Did you subscribe to ics files or open them as shared folders?

    There is a delay of up to an hour for subscribed ics files. There should be no delay if they are opened as shared calendars, especially in outlook on the web. In Outlook on pc, if you are caching shared folders, the cache might need cleared.

    Because they are all on different systems, you need to share using ICS files - although the outlook.com calendar can be linked to the work calendar if it's on office 365.

    But... the problem seems to be more the fact that the calendars are not syncing again after the initial sync. When they are added using Subscribe from web, they should update hourly.

    Is the job account also on office 365?

    Hi Diane,

    In the outlook account and in the business account using OWA I share the calendars using the Share option.

    I wanna share the calendars of:

    my @outlook account (subscribed O365)

    my business @upc.edu.pe account (microsoft 365 account)

    with my job calendar
