My emails sent to various emails in Italy are not being received

I don't understand why I am unable to email accounts in Italy from the UK. They aren't receiving any messages from me on outlook. These are different people based in different organisations. Yet, I can email contacts in the UK and Canada fine. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this might be? Also I am able to email these same contacts from my icloud email with no problem.

Thank you so much. I have got to the bottom of it all... my server guy put in some anti-spam filter but that seemed to discriminate against any emails going to Italy. That was what was strange for me as other emails were being received, it was just any emails to Italy that were affected. The problem has now been resolved and the problem lay firmly with the server.

    Greetings,

    Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

    Could you please check if when using outlook on the web if you face the same situation.

    If so, I would like you to consult you organization IT admin and check if there is any restriction applied.

    Usually when an email is not delivered, the sender receives a Non Delivery Report (NDR), if you have received it please provide me the screen shots.

    You can also perform a message trace to see what happened to the email.
