Not received any code for reset password. but i'm sure last 4 digit of my number was right

Anyone can help me?

I was trying to reset my password of hotmail account email. But i havent received any text code from Microsoft, since i know and sure, i already input correctly last 4 digit of my number.

And always try it everday and its been already 1 week since i try.

Please help :(

    Last week hotmail asked me to reset my password and said they would send a code to my other hotmail address. I did not receive the code yet. How can I contact them?

    I had the same problem with my Skype account a year or two ago, and was unable to resolve it. I lost all contacts, messages, and the cash deposit.

    Hi Joe OL!

    If you haven't received the code into your inbox, you may try checking your junk folder because sometimes the email go into that folder instead on the inbox. And you need to check if you are not having issues with sending/receiving email, you can test that by sending a test email to yourself to make sure that you are receiving emails.

    In regards to the problem with your Skype you may need to contact their support for that. You can click on this link to get support Help for Skype – user guides, FAQs, customer support

    We do understand your concern that you are having issues in receiving the verification code when you reset the password for your Microsoft account. Let’s us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, we will do anything in our capability to assist you with your concern.

    There are a number of possible explanations for why verification codes don't always arrive. For us to be able to isolate this issue, we would like to ask a few questions;

    1. Does your phone block texts from unknown numbers? If so, change your phone settings then choose I don't have a code. Another verification code will be sent to you.
    2. Is there other option for you to receive the verification code aside from your phone number? You may try using other option to receive the code like an alternate email address.
    3. Is your phone number or email address entered correctly? To keep your information safe when you're signing in, we only show you the last two digits of your phone number or the first two characters of your email address. To see if your security info is correct you may follow this steps: Sign in to your Security basics****page with your Microsoft account > Select Update info > Choose a method that you know works, or choose I don't have any of these to replace your security info.
