Outlook Signature images not showing. iPhone Outlook 365 APP

Using the Outlook App with my Outlook 365 account.

I have added a email signature with images to the Signature Box in the Outlook app

Images and logo shows when i save and create a new email.

However, when the email is sent the receiver does not receive the image/logo even though showing on the email that was created.

    I was having the same issue with my iPhone The way below is worked for me.

    1. Open a google docs on google drive
    2. Add your image in that file
    3. Adjust image and details on your signature
    4. Copy the final version of your signature or send it as link to your iPhone then open from iPhone and copy it and Paste into your signature in mail settings iPhone

    Thanks for the update.

    Regarding your issue, currently Outlook app for ios and andriod does not support HTML signatures which are required for an image in a signature to show.

    The mobile app uses plain text and probably converts the image in your signature to a plain text format.

    Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

    However, for Outlook on ios we have a dedicated support team for it which specializes in handling outlook related issues for ios. Hence if you need any further assistance, do the following:

    #open the menu> tap the ?> contact support

    This is true for the web browser version of outlook as well, quite archaic in this day and age, especially when paying for a subscription.

    We really need this updated, I have outlook for 3 different accounts. We should be able to add a picture to the email signature, in outlook app for iphone 12/13.

    Hi Mono

    I am using Outlook App Version 4.215. on an Apple Iphone 11

    When I create the email the images are there. However, when i send the email to any recipient and check the sent items the images are not there
