Hi Chicagoman,

Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, I know your requirement. And I saw you have already searched some related posts about how to find scanpst file. In fact , it is still in the same location as windows 10. So I believe you have tried to find it before but you cannot find it .

If you really cannot find this tool, you can try to repair your Office application and try again. You can get more information from the ‘Can't find or start the Inbox Repair tool’ part of How to repair personal folder file (.pst) - Outlook | Microsoft Docs.

If you still cannot find it, please feel free to let me know.

Best Regards,

Katherine

    Still in the same location as before as its location doesn't depend on the Windows version but the Office version.

    Assuming a default Office 365 installation, you can find it in one of the following locations;
    64-bit: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

    32-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16

    For additional info and locations see; Using the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) - HowTo-Outlook
