How can a bulk 'mark as read' all my unread emails in Outlook app on my iPhone?

Most difficult thing ever... been searching and trying for hours trying to figure out how to bulk/batch 'mark as read' emails I have not read on my iPhone without swiping them as read individually.

I am using the Outlook Express app on the iphone 13 Pro Max...... NOT the Apple Mail icon.

I am trying to mark all emails as 'read' so I don't constantly have a red circle on my Outlook icon showing the number of unread emails..... however, I do want this to appear as new emails arrive..... just want to 'mark as read' all older, unread emails.

Cannot find the instructions that work anywhere online.... Thanks you.

    Hello JoeFriday1979,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

Regarding your concerns, it is recommended that you can click on the Filters drop-down menu, which should appear at the top of your inbox, and select “Unread Mail.” to filter all your unread emails, then please press to select one of the unread messages, when you see a tick in front of this email, you will be able to select multiple or all unread emails. After that, you can click click the “Mark As Read” button from the top toolbar. This will mark all the selected emails as read.

Hope above information helps. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything unclear or you have any problems when doing so.

    Best regards,

    Jennifer
