I am trying to use Outlook, OneNote and To Do together to create a total system. It seems like there are some integrations
between the three which is nice, but eventually I would like to see the following:
- Categories in Outlook are replicated to To Do (not just in the web version), and replicated to OneNote as Tags.
- Tasks with dates can optionally be shown on the calendar (perhaps near the "All Day" section at the top of the date)
- To Do notes sync with OneNote entries
- Changing an entry in Outlook, OneNote or To Do changes the entry everywhere
Maybe there is some potential in Power Automate that I could look into to create some of these ...
