I have had a corporate email address for 10 years and we use MYFAXCENTRAL in order to send/receive faxes when emails aren't available. We recently changed our corporate email to OUTLOOK and I have a new email address. I'm still able to receive faxes; however, I am unable to send faxes. The error I'm receiving from MYFAXCENTRAL states 'MyFax will require SPF (Sender Policy Framework) to be enabled in order to send faxes by email as of November 1, 2021.' I've contacted MYFAXCENTRAL, as well as my corporate office, and both tell me I have to contact you in order to fix this. Please help. Thank you.

Hello Janice,
Thanks for provide the update information in here.
According to your description, may I carefully confirm with you, are you using Microsoft 365 business subscription? If so, you could refer Set up SPF to help prevent spoofing - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs to configure the SPF TXT record. Nevertheless, if your account is provided by MYFAXCENTRAL as Third-Party corporation or Microsoft partner, you are not available to do anything to configure it in your end unless you contact with them and inform this article to MYFAXCENTRAL then they might can configure this SPF TXT for you.
Best Regards,
Tommy
