I have outlook on my Mac and it keeps crashing as soon as I click on the icon.

I have tried to reset preference tool, re-build the profile, and create a new profile.

When I created a new profile a week ago and re-added all my emails it worked for about a week and then this morning it is doing the same thing and crashing.

All of my other Microsoft programs works excel, one note etc.

I am running Big Sur 11.5.1

I also did this and it didn't work

    Workaround

To work around this problem, rename the OsfCore.framework file as osfcore.framework. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. In Finder, open the Application folder.
    2. Right-click Microsoft Outlook, and then select Show Package Contents.
    3. Open the Frameworks folder, and then find the OsfCore.framework file.
    4. Select OsfCore.framework, press Return, and then change the file name to osfcore.framework.

    Hi Tiffany

    Greetings

Thank you for sharing the trouble shooting steps you took to try and resolve the issue.

Kindly share with me the version of Outlook you're currently using.

Please confirm if your Mac OS and Outlook are both up to date.

Please try to disable any Outlook add-ins, they could be the reason Outlook is crashing. You may also try to make sure your add-ins are updated to the latest version

In the mean time you may refer to the trouble shooting steps listed in Outlook 2016 for Mac crashes after startup - Outlook | Microsoft Docs.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Momo
