My other email is stuck in a verification loop and I'm not sure what to do! I've contacted the "support" more like I tried, I used the virtual agent with no avail. I haven't found a solution for this problem either so far.
I keep receiving the same message, doesn't matter what I do:
"Help us secure your account
We have detected unusual activity on your Microsoft account ***, or believe your credentials are at risk.
For your security and to ensure that only you have access to your account, we will ask you to verify your identity and change your password."

Once I fill out the form, verify the code and change my password I get sent back to the exact same message again that has started to lock me in that state!
Its an older email from the hotmail era and I've been using it for important emails that I receive oftenly. At the moment I am in need of it to pay my bills and I also want to recover a lot of important content that I've always kept at this email address. Its quite crucial for me to get it back, and I'm not sure what to do because it feels like there really is no Solution.
Can anyone. please, send me a private message so I can share all the pictures I have from my email in order to recover it?

That's what I'm saying. I've been filling these up and coming back to the same message because it does not accept the data I insert in the form.
I have done it countless times. Don't know what to do anymore.
I just can't recover it, Gema...
I'm almost giving up and losing all my data/having to change the email of the bills.
I have already done countless times this procedure - and blocked my account so I could only re-try it on the next day for at least 5 times.

If you are still unable to log into the account and do not have the code sent on the phone or recovery email, really, the only way to verify the data will be through the form https://account.live.com/acsr
