That's it ! PLEASE will someone tell me HOW I can delete the stored search history on OUTLOOK 2019 for pc. (not the web version or 365)

It automatically populates the search bar and there MUST be someone who knows how to clear this ?

Anyone know how I can get an answer from Microsoft themselves?

Thanks

Thank you but this has NO EFFECT on the PC based program OUTLOOK 2019, it only clears the search history on the web based page.

    Thank you.

That is a helpful article, however I know nothing about brain surgery and the article clearly states not to carry out registry edits unless you understand what you are doing likening it to brain surgery?

Does MS not have a fix for this ?

    Hi Lesley,

You may try to log in to Outlook on the web and go to Outlook.com > Settings > General > Privacy & Data > Delete Search History

Re-open your Outlook application and check if you still see your search history.

    Regards,

    RY
