Microsoft weather tiles not working

Has been working for years. It suddenly (today) returns nothing. Has something changed in the syntax or the app?

    I don't have any specific information regarding this site and why it's not working at the moment.

    Corrupted Windows Store cache is one of the possible reasons why your MSN Weather App live tile is not working. We suggest that you try to reset the Windows Store:

    Cache by following the steps below:
    Press the Windows Key + R key.
    Type WSreset.exe and press the Enter Key.
    Restart the computer and check.
    If the issue persists, we recommend that you try running the Windows App Troubleshooter and check if it helps.

    However, having said that it's not working for me either.
