Based on your desription, I know your requirement. So sorry to bring you inconvenience. You can try the follwing ways to check whether the issue will be solved.
1.Check if you use lod account to log in other Microsoft products suach as words, excel and so on. If your accunt is logged on these applications, please be kindly to sign out.
- Check the work and school account: Windows Settings > Accounts > Work and School Account >find if the old account here and delte it.
- Clear the Credential Manager: Open Control Panel, and click User Accounts. >In User Accounts window, click Manage your credentials.>In Credential Managerwindow, click Windows Credentials.>Locate Outlook or Microsoft Office from the list of credentials under Generic Credentials, and then expand the corresponding folder.>click Remove from Vault orRemoveto delete the credentials, and then click OK.
4.Create new profile: Control panel>user acounts>mail>show profiles>Add>Select the new one to use and do not delete the old one.>reatart outlook.
