Cannot send emails from New Office365 Trial Account

Hi,

Just created a new trial account for my business and whenever i am trying to send out emails from this account, i get an error message immedaitely stating the one below. What seems to be the problem??

    I have noticed that you haven’t replied to my last response. I would like to know if the issue you have raised to us is still on-going.     I totally understand that you have concern about your account that can't send emails. Let's us check on this together and sort this out. Rest assured, I will do anything that I can to assist you with your concern.

    To further isolate the issue, please provide me with this information;

    1. What specific email address you are having issues with? Just provide us the domain if it is on @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, @msn.com or something else?
    2. How do you access your email? Is it through the Outlook mail application or the on the Web browser?
    3. Can you tell us the exact version name of your Office suite? Is it Microsoft 365 Family/Personal or for Business?
