So you're telling me that you have to use the browser on the phone to view public folders? I know that you don't work for Microsoft directly, but I wonder why this option isn't built into the Outlook app itself...
What's the best way to view Outlook public folders on an iPhone?
We have an employee who wants to view our shared public folders on his iPhone, but it looks like you're unable to do that in the Microsoft Outlook app. If this is true, then I'm surprised that the Outlook app doesn't have a way to view public folders. He previously used a "Public Folders" app but said that the app has been discontinued.
What is the best way to view shared public folders on the iPhone? He's currently on the Office 365 E3 subscription, and the rest of the company is using Microsoft 365 Business Standard.
