How to disable options below for all users (globally) at once
- Show joyful animations in the reading pane
- Offer suggestions based on the keyword in the message
- Use my Browser location to find place near me
- Show suggested replies
- Suggest words or phrases as i type

how to disable 'hyperlink' in the mail (body) without switch the entire format to 'Plain Text' ?

I'm not aware of any PowerShell that will disable them - they are not an option in the web app policy at https://outlook.office365.com/ecp/
