can you please let me know if it's possible to create a rule in a specific (created) folder?

Thanks.

    Thanks Kerry,

OK, this I know it works, but my problem is that I want to create a rule for the emails that are entering in a special created folder (not to ones from Inbox) following a rule already.

From that created folder I need a rule for specific emails to be deleted or something.

    Thank you.

    OK Kerry,

yes, the rules to be applied on other folders than Inbox. Unfortunately I cannot delete all emails from that folder, only specific ones.

    Thank you for your support.

    Dear Shortey_Scurtu,

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Sorry to misunderstand your idea, about making rules, sorry you can only set about deleting some specific messages in your Inbox, this is the default function. However, you can set the following rules for your purpose: automatically move special messages you want to delete to delete items or to a folder, and then clean up the folder periodically. I've done some testing, and this rule is for all messages (whether your inbox has already received it or will receive it in the future). But obviously this will only help you delete future messages you receive on a regular basis, and we're sorry that this feature hasn't been implemented yet for specific messages in the non-inbox that you want to delete right now. I was also very confused, which really added a lot of trouble to the work. So I think your suggestion is very meaningful, if convenient, please upload your suggestion to OWA (outlook web app) Feedback, I believe that Microsoft's relevant development technology departments will work hard to improve themselves after seeing your suggestions, and your valuable suggestions will help more and more users in the future, making their work more and more time-saving and efficient.

Once again, we are sorry and thank you very much for your contribution! Hope you have a wonderful day!

    Best regards,

    Kerry
