Outlook calendar templates

I need a monthly Outlook calendar template that shows 8-10 daily events that minimize wrapping lines when displaying the times, names, and locations. This just doesn't work with the default (8 pt minimum) font as shown in the image.

I don't care if the template is formatted for 17 x 11 double-size paper in 8 pt font or 11 x 8.5 letter size paper in 4 pt font since it will mostly be used as a PDF that we can zoom into. However 17 x 11 is preferable since we have access to a 17 x 11 printer and can then post the hardcopy on a refrigerator.

Can anyone provide a link to a template -- including instructions on how to install and use that template -- to get this accomplished for our Resident-Led activities? As a point of reference, I am also including an image of the 17 x 11 calendar for the same community, which only shows activities led by staff instead of residents.

Actually, although I thought I was limited to selecting only the minimum displayed 8pt font, that was not correct. When previewing the calendar as shown in my original post, I discovered Print Options / Page Setup / Appointments / "8 pt. Segoe UI" can be changed simply by typing whatever number I want.

    Duh ...

It turns out changing 8 to 6 works fine for me for now for an 11 x 8.5 PDF, eliminating the cluttered original appearance. Case Closed. Thank you everyone who looked at this for me.

The outcal template on my site is from microsoft - it's old but still works. The other is also from Microsoft but doesn't read outlook's calendar if you have a newer version. ( It might work with 32-bit office.)

But yeah, if 8-6 works, use that. It's a better looking calendar IMHO.

    Thank you Diane.

I'm using whatever default template is installed, simply hitting Ctrl-P to print the monthly style calendar with output going to a PDF. (I have Acrobat DC pro installed with its Office 365 interface, but not sure that is relevant here.)

I'm hoping for another reply that points me to a template on the Microsoft site before risking introduction of a 3rd party site vulnerability.

However, if your link is all I have to work with then I at least want to be careful with what I trust, especially where it says, "... In order to use the Word templates you will need to change macro security in Word's File, Options, Trust Center, Macro Security... to Low..." which actually I don't even see in my version Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2205 Build 16.0.15225.20028) 32-bit.

What I do see is the following default settings, where I then was willing to check the bottom box, but not the "Enable all macros" choice.

This screenshot is from the outcal template - it shows details for all events and make the cells as tall as needed to show all.

I have 7 items on June 14 and 15 - 2 on each did not make the screenshot. This is portrait / 11x17 and it splits across two pages. If you don't have meeting invitations, it will work better. I have a lot of meetings - they take up more space. The red boxes have two appointments in each box - the purple box is one meeting.

    Hello wkrasl

I'm Diane, an Office Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook, and I’m happy to help you today.

    Which template are you using?

There are third party templates that might work - I have a list of utilities here - https://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar-tools... - the two word templates weren't working in office 365 when I last tested them. Will check again and see if anything changed.
