Signing into the Microsoft careers site with a different address

Hello, I'm trying to sign into the Microsoft careers site to submit an application. When I try to select 'sign in with microsoft' the system requests access to an older @live account that i have had for a very long time, that has been since relegated to social media and game signups and is rather full of emails that can be ignored. I'd rather use a different account that I use for more professional or important things such as applications of this nature. the issue being i cant seem to switch the account it attempts to access.

    Hi TomRoeNE

Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum and please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well.

From the description and photo you provided it seem you can't login with a different Microsoft account in your Google Chrome web browser when visiting our careers website.

It look like Google Chrome is set to remember your old @live.com account and logs in automatically to that account when visiting any Microsoft website. So a simple solution to that is to use a different web browser like Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox when visiting the careers website.

Feel free to reply to this thread if you need further clarification.

    Sincerely,

    Glenn Rue
