Reminders not popping up in W11

Calendar reminders are set. File->Options->Advanced->Show Reminders is checked.

However, I get a sound on W11 but not the popup. The same setting works on my W10 computer and they share the same calendar items.

What else needs to be checked so that Outlook desktop pops up the reminder?

    Good morning,

Right click on outlook check app, that the alert is activated.

    then go to computer settings

enable notifications and then scroll down to outlook

    Click the arrow

    tick both boxes

Afficher les bannières de notification = Show notification banners

Afficher les notifications dans le centre de notification = Show notifications in notification center

    Cordially

Did you uncheck the option, save it then go back in an enable it again?

While I don't speak French (I'm guessing it's French...), I was able to follow. :)

    Yes, those are set.

    Hello ithinktfiam

I'm Diane, an Office Apps & Services MVP specializing in Outlook and I’m happy to help you today.

You're talking about the window in my screenshot?

Uncheck show reminders, save, then recheck it. Does it work now?

Which version and build of Outlook are you using? See File, Office Account for the information.

Did you check the notification in Windows Settings? (That should only apply to email banners.)
