We are not using the office 365 install for desktop we use Office 2016 as that is the suite we have purchased for staff to use.
How can we make that one work again?

Hello all
We use outlook 2016 and used to have the option to Zoom and then remember my preference for Email fonts.
That option is no longer available so every time you go to a new message it reverts back to 100%
We receive some emails where the font/text is very small and want the ability to leave it at lets say 125%. Any help on why this is happening? Was there an outlook update?

Hi Chris Hodgson,
Thank you for sharing such information with us. Thank you for your kind cooperation.
As you mentioned "We have office 365 subscriptions", to use this proper Zoom settings option, at present please kindly create one another Windows user account profile (Do not delete any old Windows user account profile for data loss prevention).
After that, please kindly download and install Office desktop applications into the PC from Office web portal via using valid or proper Office 365 subscription account and see the result.
Note: User must have proper Office 365 subscription services which has included Office desktop application services.
Regards,
Darpan
We have office 365 subscriptions but we are using Outlook 2016 install onto a Windows 10 Environment. Does that mean it is not available for desktop install of Outlook 2016? It used to be there.
Hi Chris Hodgson,
Thank you for posting into the forum community. We will highly appreciated your kind cooperation and patience in our forum community.
As per your mentioned description, at initial stage, I assumes that when you open email message and select Zoom option, you cannot see "Remember my preference" option under the Outlook desktop application 2016. So, at once I checked this option from my end under latest Office 365 version Current Channel 2201 (14827.20158) and I can see this option from my end. As per our official information article, this option is available for Microsoft 365 subscribers.
