How to Create Shareable Outlook Email Link with Others

Hello team, I am trying to figure out the best way to get a shareable link to an email string I want to allow others from my organization the ability to open and check the status of even if they were not attached as recipients to the email. I want the link to go to the most current response on the email string.

A little background with this and why I am trying to do this...I work in a product support role and I work with a large team, we go through a ticket management system and I wanted to find out if it is possible to link personal emails with the ticket in our ticket management system. The easiest way I see this is if we could get a shareable link to the email string that we have in our personal inbox rather than forwarding the email out to the whole team because I only want the agent who picks up my ticket, later on, to be able to open it up and see where that conversation is currently at.

Please help me figure out the best way this could be done. Thanks!

Kerry, I understand how to link documents in an outlook email, my question is regarding linking an EMAIL to something else. Is there a way to have a link to the EMAIL so that if someone was to click on that link, it takes them to the email chain and they don't have to be originally included on the email string.

    Regards,

    Cameron

I have read your question carefully and done some research, please kindly refer to following:

Creating a shareable link makes it simple to share a document in an email, document, or IM.

    1. Select Share.
    2. Select Copy Link.
    3. Paste the link wherever you want.

Note: If you need to change any permissions for the link, select Link settings.

Hope this help you, if there is any deviation in my understanding, please forgive me and provide me with more details. I am more than happy to continue to help you. I wish you all the best!
