Hotmail account birth date has changed

I am looking for help with the birth day on my Hotmail account.

I have had my Hotmail account for over 20 years and this past week my birth date was changed to 2014.

  • I have tried to change the DOB under my profile but since I am now under the age of 13 it will not let me.
  • I am not able to change it in MS Family either as I am not the child but the organizer.

I have a message saying "Based on the information provided, a parent or guardian needs to help finish setting up this account by 2022-07-04 to continue accessing Microsoft products and services with this account."

Please help as I would like this corrected ASAP as it is impacting me receiving my email in a timely manner.

Thank you!!!
