Wedding Email Account

Hi,

I created an email account for my upcoming August wedding so our guests can RSVP. Unfortunately, I didn't save the password to automatically sign in on my laptop. I signed in with the wrong password too many times. I completed the form that is required to get access back to my account but it says I didn't provide enough information. I literally created the account and didn't send any emails from that account so there is not much information I can provide besides my name, address and birth date. I have this email already printed on our wedding invitations and they are already handed out to our guests. Please, please, please help a stressed out bride.

Hi Stacy! This is Raech. I'm an Independent Advisor and an Outlook.com user like you. I'm deeply sorry to hear about the issue.

I understand the difficulties of trying to recover an email account. Based on what you have described, it looks like you have already gone through the Account Recovery form online, which is currently the only form of recovery available and this is fully automated. Meaning, no support personnel from Microsoft is able to recover or reset the account for you.

Normally you can just resubmit the form twice a day at most until you are successful. However for newly created accounts that have no recent emails sent or more info to fill out in the recovery form, I'm afraid the account is not going to be recoverable.

Please do note that this is a public user-to-user community forum. None of us here work for Microsoft and it is beyond our capability to assist directly with account or login-related issues.

    Sincerely,
    Raech C.

I'm sorry to say that nothing can be done, support for outlook.com mail accounts is via the forums or the forms you have found
