I can receive e-mail on my Xfinity website, on my cell phone, on my laptop, and on my I-pad, BUT NOT ON MY DESKTOP I-MAC COMPUTER VERSION OF MS OUTLOOK (VERSION 16.60). Under no circumstances will I change to the new version of MS Outlook, since I have no intention of losing the e-mails I've stored in folders. Also, I've heard VERY BAD THINGS about the new version. There should be ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why I should receive the following message:

Thank you, Brian, but that was my first stop! As you might imagine, they told me that it was not a Comcast issue, and sent a test e-mail to prove it! That e-mail went to all my devices (laptop, cell phone and I-pad), but DID NOT appear on my desktop computer via Outlook!!! So clearly, the problem is not with Comcast, just as they said. It's obviously related to something on my desktop computer and its IP Address, which of course, is ALWAYS THE SAME!! Any other thoughts?

But them sending you a message doesn't test anything and so proves nothing. They're not sending the message from the IP address their blacklist is blocking so naturally it will get through. What server names, ports, and encryption do you have specified?

Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

That's a message from Comcast stating that your IP address is on their blacklist at this time. It has noting to do with the version of Outlook for Mac you're using. If this happened to me, I'd contact Comcast and ask them what's the deal.
