ActiveSync Android Contacts Fault

Hi, I currently have a Samsung Z Fold2, running Android 12.

The Microsoft Exchange Active Sync had been running perfectly for calendar, emails & contacts.

The emails & calendar are still currently working.

But, the contacts are no longer syncing. When i add a new contact on my phone, it is not showing up on Outlook on my Macs desktop, and vice versa.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I already tried hard resetting the phone, toggling the sync on and off, clearing cache.

Please if you can help me as soon as possible, as it's urgent. Thanks

    Can anyone please help, is there a fix for this? Is the fault known to Microsoft?

    I have tried everything to fix this - deleting and resyncing account, but still contact wont sync from my Android device to Outlook.

    Outlook contacts have stopped syncing with Andriod Contacts for me too all of a sudden. I have reinstalled Outlook, RE enabled syncing in Android contacts, but it does not work. I am using Samsung S20 Ultra.

    I have exactly the same issue. Mail and Calendar fine, but not new contacts synchronized between pone and pc application, or between phone and outlook web application. Used to work fine!

    Hi Mac, thanks for getting back.

    I had a look at the article already, but unfortunately the fixes didn't work.

    I'm using the Microsoft Exchange option.

    When I add contacts on the web, it does sync with my Mac desktop and my laptop which is a PC.

    But nothing sync to or from my android mobile.

    Please is there anything else i can try? As I have saved a lot of numbers on my Android device which I urgently need synced to my desktop.

    Thank you for raising your concern in this community.

    Please check out this article for some instruction regarding your issue. Can't sync calendar and contacts with my phone or tablet (microsoft.com).

    Adding to that, when you add contacts directly from outlook on the web, do they sync on your Mobile and Mac?

    Assuming that the issue persists, please let me know which type of account you are using.
