    Yeah, That doesn't work.

This whole process has taken much more time than needed.

The simple solution for me is to just manually add contacts to new emails.

I find it astounding that this simple task cannot be easily done, and has taken 3 weeks of messaging Microsoft forums for NO RESOLUTION.

    I'm using Online 365.

I don't seem to be able to just highlight and copy the entire mail recipients from a previous email to start a new one with the same recipients. I have tried several searches & all come up with the same instructions, that don't work. '

Thank you for your feedback. When I choose forward, all email recipients' addresses become part of the message's body, allowing me to copy and paste them into the new email message; please let me know whether the forward option worked for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

    Regards,

    De Paul

    Hi Al McGregor,

Thank you for posting on Microsoft Forum.

Based on your description, you are asking how to copy all the email recipients from one email I have sent to begin new email.

As far as I know, I've never had the option of copying directly from an email since most To or CC fields in Outlook show the name rather than the email address; however, you may manually copy the recipients from the To or Cc fields to a new email. I recommend clicking Forward or Reply all and then copying all recipients from an email's To and Cc fields to a new message in Outlook.Looking forward to hearing from you. Best Regards,

    De Paul

    Hi ReynaldoB,

I am using a 365 Business license. The company I work for recently migrated from Google Enterprise to MS.

I can't share a screen shot, it would just be of an email as I am unable to highlight or copy the addresses - this is my issue.

    Can you please advise:

I don't seem to be able to highlight and copy all the recipients of one email to paste into a new one?  To start a different conversation with the same people.

In Gmail - the actions are:

Right click the drop down icon at the end of the email address in the sent email,

Left click and highlight all email address,

    Copy,

Paste into new email address field.

How do I copy all email recipients?
