    Hello Stacey,

Until today this is still happening and no settings were changed on any part of the account or admin's account. Can you please expedite this issue to your team and fix this as soon as possible. It is so frustrating that we can't work as we normally do due to this issue. This is wasting all of our time and the pending work has to be completed.

Please expedite to your team or provide us a solution to resolve this. This doesn't make sense.

For anyone having the same issue:

In my particular case, the issue was related to the user's authentication.

MFA is enforced in our organization and it expired for the user having trouble. This caused the user to get the error "Token request previously failed".

Resetting the user's MFA and forcing a new login from an incognito browser solved our problem.

    Hope it helps.

Hi Stacey, thank you for your reply. Please find the details below:

    • Can you tell us where did you delete the OneDrive files? Did you delete it fom OneDrive online?

Yes, OneDrive online through web browser.

    • Do all OneDrive files have this behavior or only some specific files have this situation?

Yes, this applies to all files.

    • Does other user in your organization experienced the same behavior when delete the OneDrive files?

Most of us experience the same behaviour. However, the admin can delete files just fine. Upon further checking, I found out that only users whose email is on our company domain can delete with no issues. Users with other domains such as @outlook.com, @gmail.com, cannot delete any files despite having permissions.

    • Can you give us a screenshot of the error message you got?

How can I fix this? Thank you in advance.
