There is no way at this time to manage formatted, since both platform Outlook desktop and Outlook on mobile are different.
Email Signature on Phone is different to Desktop
So I have recently developed a new email signature for my company which works and looks fine when seeing it on desktop however on mobiles it changes the location of icons so that isn't the same.
Is there a way this should be formatted so that it doesn't change as this is incredibly annoying, I have attached an image of both.

Thanks for choosing Microsoft community!
Regarding your question, I did some research and learned that when creating a signature in outlook for iOS app, we can add text and hyperlinks, but we will not be able to use images. So, if you want to design an email signature with an image in Outlook for iOS APP, you need to design it in HTML and copy and paste the signed HTML code directly into the signature editor in Outlook for iOS APP. Unfortunately, this means that we can't directly modify the icon inside the signature through the phone, in order not to waste more time, I recommend that you seek the help of "Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android", I believe that the expert engineers there will provide further professional help according to your requirements.
