I wish to produce a correspondence in listing for a meeting. To do that, I'd like to save the emails in either Excel or Docx format.

Your help appreciated.

    Thank you Ankita.

It seems to be a common failing with most email clients that one can't select multiple emails and either print or save to PDF (or anything else).

I'll try your solution for conversations and if it works for what I need, I'll let you know.

    Stay well.

    Hello #Robinoz,

Good day to you and hope you are doing well.

Based on your requirement, have checked at our end but couldn’t found any information from official document. However during checking, we have found that if such multiple emails are belongs from the same thread, you can save it in word by follow the below method.

    • Open outlook > go to View tab > select “show as conversation” > now open email > go to File > select save as
    • At this stage, a dialogue box will appear. There, you have to choose “Text Only” in Save As type and the saving location of the file. Then click on Save.
    • Go the place where such file saved > select the saved file > right click on select Open with > select Word

At this point, we also welcome other community members to share some suggestions if they have any. At this point, your kind understanding and co-operation will be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your precious time. Stay safe and healthy.

    Regards,

    Ankita Vaidya
