Thanks for replying back, CSP_MW! And my apologies for the late reply. Had one of those extended weekend offs.
So based on the answers you provided the spam issue between organization emails is strictly an issue that should be handled by the IT department of your organization. You as a member of that organization or one of your co-workers should know how to contact the IT department. We here in Microsoft would not have an idea on how you can contact your organization's IT department.
Also, if you use https://outlook.office365.com/ for accessing emails that definitely means you need to contact the IT department for help because they have full control of that email address.
So far it's only the GoDaddy email address issue that I might be able to help here. So this address totally separate from your organization email?
On that assumption, do you get a bounce message when sending an email to anyone using the GoDaddy email address? So a bounce message is a notification that is automatically sent to the sender if an email is not delivered to the recipient for various reasons. It would really help if you get that message when sending emails.
Thanks again for choosing Microsoft! We’re here when you need us.
Respectfully,
Glenn
I am a sole proprietor of a small business---we do not have an IT department.
I simply pay for email addresses with my business domain name (@centeredstudiopilates.com) through Microsoft with GoDaddy server. Those emails I send through Microsoft Outlook with my business email address go to spam---there is no bounce message. When my employees email me, their messages also go to spam with no bounce message. We've added each other to our contacts and click 'not spam' to report it, but it keeps happening.
But it sounds like even though my business email is paid and used through Microsoft and the emails are going to spam in my Microsoft Outlook account, you can't actually help me?
