Hello MS Community / Peeps ,
we recently encountered an issues with Outlook Fonts . i would like to Confirm the Font is different only for the Reading pane. the rest of the view and settings have appropriate system default font.
In order to resolve - below are the steps i have tried already to fix the issue.
1 - Check Font settings in outlook :
click View - View settings - other settings -> reviewed Font settings all set to default no custom fonts
2 - click File - > options -> Mail - > stationery and Fonts -> reviewed settings all set to default no custom fonts
3 - Ran repair ( online ) - on MS suite -> issue persist
4 - Uninstalled and Reinstalled MS suite -> issue persist.
Please provide further technical steps to resolve this issue ? perhaps should i recreate a new user profile ? Please advise As a workaround for now we are running Outlook in a safe mode and everything seems to working fine and I have proper font loading good.

I have resolved the issue by reversing Immersive reader option in Outlook.

I use manual send-receive. That icon is the last one on the right in the "HOME" tab. It gets to be reflex motion to click the last icon on the right.
But If I happen to be in the "view" tab for some reason, then the "Immersive reader" is the last icon on the right of THAT tab.
That's how it gets changed accidentally.
Same issue here except that fonts are bad everywhere, including create message and open emails, as well as the reading pane. Font appears overly spaced and tiny. Resetting at the Stationery and Fonts tab does nothing.
