Hi,

I've been trying to sign in one of outlook account since 5h and I still get the same page every time.

So, it is asking me to write down the captcha, which I can't since the image seems "broken".

I already tried to restart my computer, wait some times to redo it again, loaded the page again,... but it doesn't seem to work...

In case, here the link: https://outlook.live.com/owa/0/captchachallenge.aspx

I don't understand, because when I sign in my other outlook accounts, this page doesn't appear and it is only with this account that something is wrong.

Can someone please tell me what should I do?

    Hi

Sadly, mine still is not working... Glad yours is!

Been checking (lots) daily, using all sorts of different platforms.

My new Outlook account is fine. My Gmail is fine.

My Hotmail is NOT fine... It has been a week now, so not funny...

    Regards

    Chi

    Hello,

I too have been having this problem for a few days and I can't find anyone or any way to help me get an answer. Any luck in getting this to work for you?

    Thanks so much,

    Robert and Lara Vitter

If you are getting the same issue using a private browser session then your browser cache is not the problem so there is no need to clear it.

The following describes what a browser cache is (it doesn't include password history)

    browser cache

Since you've tried multiple browsers, it could be a temporary service issue impacting your email account. FWIW, I don't have any issues accessing any of my Outlook.com accounts.

Your only other option is to contact Microsoft Support. As mentioned, we're users just like you and don't work for Microsoft.

    1. Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
    2. Click on "Open Get Hap app"
    3. Enter your question
    4. click on <Contact Support>

5a - Pick the product or service (pick <other products>

5b - Not sure which is the best selection but I would pick <Billing and account questions> (there is nothing specific for Outlook.com)

6 - Choose your support option

    Hi Karl,

Thanks for taking the time to help me!

I did use Google Chrome, Avast Secure Browser, and Microsoft Edge to see if there's any differences. Sadly, it still doesn't work...

I just tried to do it in private mode and I still have the same issues.

So, when I'm going to clear my browser's cache, does that mean that all passwords will get removed?

Also, I forgot to say; when I try to ask for another captcha this window appears:

    Hello CherryJiv

Hi, I'm Karl and will be happy to help you today.

Have you tried using a different browser or a private browser session to see if the issue resolves itself? If it does, then you will need to clear your browser's cache

    Browse InPrivate in Microsoft Edge

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-e...

    Browse in private (Google Chrome)

Just so there is no misunderstanding, this is a public user-to-user support forum. We're users just like you helping other users. We do not work for Microsoft and have no access to any user account so there is nothing we can do or check from within the forum.
